Activity Level

Travelers should feel comfortable walking four to six miles each day, with lots of time spent moving around and on your feet. You should be comfortable walking on both flat and uneven ground, as well as stairs. Drive time will average between 1 to 3 hours a day, with two long drive days ranging from 4 to 6 hours.

Accommodations

Riads are Moroccan guesthouses that are built into traditional courtyard homes with gardens. They are intimate, family-run lodgings with personalized, artistic flourishes, like local artworks and crafts. Some guesthouses/riads are unable to supply air conditioning.

We will also be spending one night in the desert in a tented camp. The camp will have en-suite bathroom/showers and eco-friendly toilets in all tents.

Single supplement accommodations are not guaranteed on Day 4 and Day 5 of the trip.
